Leo E. Lichtenberg is President of ADVISIO®. Mr. Lichtenberg has completed appraisals and market studies of real property for more than 30
years and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Assignments have included a variety of commercial properties such as multi-family,
office, retail, industrial, residential subdivisions, hotel, and special use properties in Indianapolis and other regional cities. His experience also
includes appraisals and market studies of complex properties, such as federal military base closures, airports, multi-building portfolios, office headquarters,
nursing home facilities, valued undivided partial interests, valued air rights in properties, and low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties.
Moreover, he has testified in real estate cases as an expert witness and has been a court-appointed appraiser.
